Shipping & FulfillmentEach SOLSVN piece is handcrafted to order and shipped with care from Tampa, Florida. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. We work with high-quality materials to create timeless, wearable art. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations are natural—and part of what makes your piece truly one of a kind. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please note: once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SOLSVN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address. For added peace of mind, we offer insured shipping and signature confirmation on high-value orders. If you would like these protections added to your shipment, please contact us prior to checkout. Need your adornment by a specific date? Reach out before placing your order to request rush production or expedited shipping. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline. Returns & ExchangesWe want you to feel completely aligned with your SOLSVN piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and packaged as received. To begin a return, please email info@solsvn.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your piece. International OrdersAt this time, SOLSVN cannot accept returns or exchanges on international purchases. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes required by their country. Please note: items may be held at your local postal service until duties/taxes are paid. Damages & Quality ConcernsEvery SOLSVN piece is made by hand with intention. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Non-Returnable Items
These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds & Store CreditAt this time, all approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified and issued credit to use toward a future SOLSVN order.
